When placing an order, you can choose a payment method, depending on your company’s registration country.
Our payment methods includes:
Bank SEPA transfer
Bank card (1.5% surcharge)
Giropay
iDEAL
2. Making payment
Once your basket has been confirmed in the checkout, a transaction is created which includes the cost of all goods, cost delivery separately for each seller, and all discounts. You will receive an email, containing all payment instructions and an invoice. Transaction serves as a purchasing contract. The amount is final and cannot be changed by the sellers.
Once a transaction is created, your products are reserved allowing you 48 hours to complete the payment using your preferred choice.
3. Instant payments
In case of instant payments, your orders will be processed immediately. Once payment has been confirmed, sellers have 24 hours to confirm or cancel your order.
Each order is processed separately and has different delivery times. In case of cancellation of one of the orders, you will be refunded part of the funds of this order.
4. In case of unsuccessful payment or non-instant payments
Your transaction is saved in a temporary order and reserved for a period of 48 hours. You can find all unpaid orders in the "Orders" section, "Unpaid orders" tab.
After 48 hours your order will be cancelled automatically.
5.Refunds
In case of a cancelled order, refunds are made to your payment method. Refunds are processed according to our refunds policies in our Terms & Conditions.
